HOW IT WORKS:

1.  VIDEO WALK THROUGH OF YOUR FACILITY

a.  Video Documentation of all rooms and floors in your home or office.
b.  Video Documentation of Exterior of structures.
c.  Video Documentation of all property and possessions.
d.  Video Documentation of any other items requested by client.

2.  COMPLETION OF INVENTORY REPORT

a.  Produce digital copy of video for client.
b.  Generate documents for high value items compete with photographs and serial numbers.
c.  Provide Certification of date of completion for legal reference purposes.

3.  STORAGE

a.  Unless otherwise requested we will maintain a complete copy of all documents in our secured facility.
* We do this so that in the event of a fire or similar event if your copies are destroyed you can simply
  contact our office and obtain a replacement copy.  Although we do suggest you place your copy in a
  safe deposit box or other similar safe location.

OTHER INFORMATION:

The average time taken to complete the process is generally 60 to 90 minutes however we schedule two full hours to ensure we have sufficient time to ensure nothing is missed.

Turn around time is roughly 2 to 3 days on average.

Fees are based on square footage of your home, apartment or facility and are as follows;

    1 - 1500 square feet $80.00     45 to 75 minutes
1500 - 3000 square feet $130.00   60 to 90 minutes
3000 - 4000 square feet $180.00   90 to 120 minutes
4000 - 5000 square feet $230.00   120 to 150 minutes
5000 + square feet       $280.00   150 to 180 minutes

Our staff are professionals and experienced in what they do.  We will never conduct a walk through without the client on site and available the entire time.  Additionally you will be advise of the name of the individual who will provide your service when scheduling your appointment and they will have identification for you to verify upon their arrival.
