All Applicants for security officer positions must:
Be 21 years of age or older
Posses a valid Utah Drivers License
Be licensed through DOPL as either an Armed or Unarmed Security Officer
Be able to pass the NPOST exam with no score less than 75% in any area (for officer or dispatcher positions)
Be able to pass a physical fitness assesment (officer / recovery agent positions)
Be of good moral character
Submit to a State and Federal background investigation
Complete employee honesty testing if requested (not a polygraph)
Have no traffic violations in last 12 months and no more than 2 in last three years (for all potions requiring the use of company vehicles)
Have no traffic accident in last five years (for all potions requiring the use of company vehicles)
Have excellent communication skills
